The union of Jovanca and Pieter-Jan, two architects connected by a shared sensitivity to form, rigor and poetry, found its natural stage at Pa.te.os, a striking embodiment of thoughtful and expressive architecture. Among pure lines, silence, material and light, we celebrated a ceremony where love took centre stage, surrounded by their children, family and friends, all in perfect harmony with the landscape.

Together with the remarkable Tabloo Margot team, we created a dual decorative concept designed for two distinct moments of the ceremony celebration. Each setting was crafted to converse with the space, honouring both the identity of the couple and the architectural character they chose as the framework for their day.

For the dinner, we followed the architectural language of the Pa.te.os Main House. Inspired by the defining material of the space, concrete, we designed small geometric forms that echoed its sculptural presence. These minimal, tactile elements subtly reflected the surrounding environment: earthy tones and the unique nature of Melides. The result was a moment where architecture, landscape and affection came together in perfect balance.
